H By Hine VSOP

H by Hine is a blend of eaux-de-vies, all over four years old, from the Petite Champagne district of Cognac.

It is light amber in colour, with shades of brown and orange. It is shiny and oily in appearance. On the nose, the cognac is powerful and charming, its fruity aromas reveal its femininity.

At first it is floral and finely wooded, with a light aromatic background, spicy notes as well as aromas of Virginia tobacco. On the palate, the cognac is aerial and velvety. It has flavours of baked apples, cinnamon, vanilla and ginger. It is dry, vivid and affirms its racy side. Added to this is its elegance and aromatic richness.

Hine Rare VSOP

 

Hine Rare VSOP is a fine Champagne cognac, which means a blend of Grande and Petite Champagne, with at least 50% coming from the Grande Champagne.

This, a blend of more than 25 cognacs, the youngest of which has been aged over 6 years in cellars and is considered to be the classic Hine.

Luxardo

Maraschino Originale

A classic product of Luxardo.

The Maraschino's distinctive flavour comes from the Marasca cherries, and the crushed cherry pits lend an almond-like flavour to Maraschino. Honey is also part of the ancient recipe. The distillate is allowed to mature for two years in Finnish ashwood vats (because this wood does not lend its colour to the liqueur even after many years of maturing), and is then diluted and sugared. It is typically bottled in a straw-coated bottle.


Sangue Morlacco – Cherry Liqueur

Luxardo's second historical speciality after Maraschino Originale. A liqueur of marasca cherries (a sour cherry variety exclusively cultivated by Luxardo) - a variant of cherry brandy.

Dark red. Intense, aroma with inebriating perfume of marasca. Quite different from normal cherry-brandies, both through the intensity of the cherry's typical taste (here decidedly enhanced), and through the surprising expansion of the after-taste, which makes it priceless when combined with pure chocolate.

Sanbuca dei Cesari

A sweet and strong liqueur, containing essential oils obtained by steam distilling the seeds of star anise, which are soluble in pure alcohol. A concentrated solution of sugar and other natural aromas are added to this. 

Clear, with very intense aroma. Sharp but well balanced, very rounded, with the anise taste persisting in the mouth.


Sanbuca Passione Nera

A variation of the traditional Sambuca dei Cesari. It is aromatised with liquorice, with a production recipe entailing several levels of successive infusions to blend the different ingredients. The predominant taste is star anise. It is combined with a new velvety sensation on the palate, with light spicy hints of cardamom and coriander, and an after-taste where the typical digestive aromas of liquorice predominate. It is neither an ordinary liquorice digestivo, nor a commonplace coffee-sambuca.

Kirsch Liqueur

Kirsch , with its delicious natural flavours, is specially created for culinary use and is based on the distillate of sour cherries. Based on pure cherry distillate.

Made mostly with the native grape Garganega and rounded out with some Trebbiano, Si Soave is light and fresh similar in style to a Pinot Grigio but smoother with flavors of apple, citrus and tropical fruit.

This dry red wine is well-bodied, heavy, slightly spicy and very elegant in bouquet.  It has a plum nose, dark ruby colour and a hint of chocolate and blueberries.

Emporium Chardonnay Sicilia IGT 2009

Chardonnay is most often thought of in conjunction with French or Californian wine production, but Italy also makes great Chardonnay. Most Italian Chardonnay is made in the Alto Adige region in mountainous northern Italy, near the Austrian border.

This Emporium Chardonnay is leaner, crispier and are unoaked with light friut. It pairs well with lobster, crabmeat and cream sauces.

Made from hand selected, highly botrytis effected single grapes (Huxelrebe 100%).
The wine is gold in colour, sticks to the sides of the wine glasses (church windows).  The wine is sweet and honey-like, with an intense fruity bouquet. In terms of taste, it is rich and delicious. Very sweet taste. Fresh and fruity. All kind of exotic aromas such as litchis and honey melon.

Scheurebe Eiswein 2004

Made by picking and pressing the Scheurebe grapes while frozen. No botrytis or noble rot at all, thus the wine is very clear and fruity.
The wine is light yellow in colour and has a reminiscent of black currants, peach and strawberries in aroma. In terms of taste, it's light, fresh, fruity.

Auslese 2003

This is a mild and sweet German white wine. Selected of very ripe bunches. Picked by hand. It is composed of Kerner 65%, Grauer Burgunder (Pinot Gris) 35%.
The wine is light yellow colour, with a fruity aroma, like lemon, cherries, mango. In terms of taste, it's mild and crisp. Well balanced between sweetness and acidity.

Spaetlese 2004

This is a German medium-sweet white wine. Late harvest wine. Made from Weißer Burgunder grapes (Pinot Blanc) 75% and Riesling 25%.
The wine is slightly yellow colour with a fruity aroma, like apple, grape fruit, banana. In terms of taste, it's mild and fruity. Not dry and not sweet. Easy drinking wine.

This Red October is a German "Dessert wine style" red wine, composed of Dornfelder 75%, Regent 25%.
The wine has a deep red colour with a hint of blue and a fruity aroma, like red fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. In terms of taste, it's very mild and fruity. Well balanced between sweetness and acidity. Intense taste while low content of alcohol. Matches well with all spicy food.

A golden coloured  Botrytis dessert wine, made from single selected, hand picked and overripe grape (Ortega 100%).
It has a strong flavour such as spice and herbs. Aromatic muscatel flavour. In terms of tastes, it has an intense taste of candy fruits like apricots &  bananas.
