30 Years Of Bonding People Through Food!

From a single seafood restaurant at the East Coast Seafood Centre in 1987, Jumbo Group Limited has grown to over 20 restaurants in Singapore, China and Japan. Jumbo currently offer multiple dining concepts catering to the discerning palates of local and overseas gastronomes.

The Guest-Of-Honour for the evening was Mdm Sim Ann (Senior Minister of State, Minstry of Culture, Community and Youth, Ministry of Trade and Industry).

This grand occassion was dedicated to the Jumbo's loyal suppliers. Long supliers were given a plague each. Millie's status was allocated at 20. Those at 30 and 25 years are called to the stage to receive their plagues.

The address by Jumbo's CEO Ang Kiam Meng presented the directions of growth from the first restaurant in 1987, then the setting up the Central Kitchen in 2008, JPOT in 2009, acquisition of Ng Ah Sio Bak Kut Teh in 2010. Then in 2011 started the Chui Huay Lim Teochew Cuisine and in 2013 the first outlet in China. In 2014 started JCafe, 2015 Listed on the Catalist Board of SGX-ST. In 2016 Jumbo was listed in the MSCI Singapore Micro Cap Index.

Also there were plans for Vietnam and many countries.
